Job Details –
Remove all existing shingles down to the plywood Deck. Replace as necessary. New shop Fab .032 Kynar finish metal. Full Certainteed ice and water shield over the deck. Once the ice and water is installed full Certainteed roof runner Synthetic paper is installed over the ice and water. All new bathroom and box vents . New Certainteed Landmark Pro Georgetown Grey shingles installed. Certainteed ridge caps and vents installed. New 5″ k style gutters and 3″ *4″ white downspouts replaced on the entire complex.
