New CertainTeed landmark pro shingles. Custom ‘040 aluminum drip edges. New vented soffits and ridges. Carlisle .060 EPDM fully adhered roof. Custom built platforms for each AC unit in the rear new PVC screen wall fencing to hide HVAC units.
