Spray foam and built up Roof tear off to the light weight concrete deck. Cav-Grip and 725 vapor barrier over the deck. Spray foam (2) layers of 2.6” insulation with tapered crickets to the drain locations. New fully Adhered Carlisle .060 EPDM membrane. ES-1 snap metal and fascia extenders. 20 Year NDL warranty.
