Throwing it back to last year when our crew started on this 10yr project. A very nice complex that has one of the many Spanish tile roofing systems that you typically don’t find in the northeast. We can’t wait to see the complete finished project on all these builds and how well our roofs will hold up.

8 Buildings totaling 55,000 SQFt. Remove the existing membrane down to the existing insulation. (1) Layer of 2.6” insulation and a top layer of 1/2” HD insulation. New S327 Sarnafil PVC Rhinobond system. Custom PVC clad metal edge.
