21,000 SqFt. Remove the Existing membrane to the existing Insulation. Install new 2.6″ insulation with a 1/2″ coverboard. All boards set in a soldier course. New Sarnafil Rhinobond S327 membrane. New walkway pad layout with Custom ES-1 Snap metal. Roof Consultant Management was the consultant.
