Tar and Gravel Tear off down to the Steel Deck. Replaced with [2] Layers of 2″ Insulation Mechanically attached to the steel deck. Fm Rated attachments. New fully Adhered Firestone .060 EPDM with 6″ Seam Tape. New Custom dual color .040 Fascia metal system. Shop Fabricated gutters with 1′ on center 1/8″ aluminum brackets. Finished 1 Day before school started!
