Preventative maintenance is key! Last month we completed this self storage building in Albany, NY. Their 6 year old EPDM was not up to warranty standards so we stripped off 5,000 linear feet of seams and reinstalled 3,000 SQFT of wall flashing.

140 Rye Street in South Windsor, CT was a 2 layer built up rip. Over 20,000 SQFT of rotted steel decking. Overall roof size was 109,000 SQFT carlisle 060 grey TPO rhinobond replacement. We completed this one last year.
