Roof Details-
Remove the entire roof down to the wood decking. Install all new plywood and Dual Pressure treated wood nailer on all interior walls as well as parapit walls. Removal of all old skylights and chimneys. (2) Layers of 2.6” insulation with a Carlisle Fully Adhered.060 EPDM roof. (4) Piece custom Terracotta color fascial metal system. All materials and garbage were removed daily with a 90 Ton Crane.
