Full Tear off Down to the structural Steel and Wood Deck. Replaced over (40) sheets of steel decking. (2) layers of 2.6″ insulation with a 1/2″ 100 PSI coverboard. Sarnafil Rhinobond .060 PVC membrane. Custom sarnaclad edge metals. 7″ commercial seamless Gutters on rear. Blue water Safety Railings and custom Erect-a-Step access ladders. Sarnafil Walkway pads to complete this project.
