Tech Roofing & Waterproofing was established in 1971 by Kenneth Fairweather and his partners. The company was later incorporated in 1975 as Tech Roofing Service. With more than 50 years of experience, Tech Roofing has become a trusted name in the roofing industry.

Our team ensures the quality of our work by starting with quality materials and providing supervision on all projects. We use a variety of materials, including EPDM, TPO, modified and puc membranes, metal roofing, firestone, duro-last, and slate. We choose these materials because they have been around for over 40 years and have proven to be reliable and durable.

We overcome these obstacles with supervision and safety cues. Another project was Loes Pond, a high-rise building with cell phone towers and many roof penetrations. We overcame this challenge with supervision and safety measures.
